Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly experienced Scheduling Coordinator. This role is Hybrid in Middletown, CT!!!!!! Knowledge of Sandata is a plus. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining caregiver and client schedules utilizing agency software's -SANDATA AND HOMEBASE. Must be able to build relationships and rapport with caregivers and clients while keeping shifts covered and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. As an exceptional in‑home care provider, we depend on our staff to ensure all those who have entrusted their care with us remain safe and comfortable. To do this, we must ensure that we are with them when they expect us to be there. Responsibilities Create and maintain staff schedules on company software Ensure all clients have the expected caregiver at their scheduled time Coordinate with the Care team to ensure the best possible caregiver & client match Quickly find replacement caregivers when regular staff is unavailable (vacations, illness, etc.) Monitor clock‑in/outs to ensure information is updated for correct billing/payroll Attend administrative and staff meetings as requested Maintain caregiver discipline, if caregivers are not following company policy in terms of “call out” notification, if they are late to assigned jobs etc.… advise and issue warnings Address employee concerns regarding company policies as needed Ability to work two weekends per month Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must possess effective communications skills Must be a critcal thinker Take charge person to get the job done Comfortable with technology including computer software, emails, and texts Must exhibit good customer service qualities Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment, handle stress well Ability to solve complex scheduling problems Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Good work ethic Supervisory experience including employee counseling Must be well organized #J-18808-Ljbffr
