We are looking for a Quality Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is motivated to strengthen systems, solve complex problems, and influence outcomes across the business. This role sits at the center of operations, where quality, engineering, and production intersect. You will own and enhance the systems that ensure our products meet the highest standards, every time. Responsibilities Lead and continuously improve the site’s ISO 9001 day-to-day Quality Management System (QMS) Engage in change management when implementing or reviewing a new or revised process Operate the QMS day-to-day, ensuring the right metrics are in place to oversee performance and tracking results to determine if improvements are needed Escalate appropriately to ensure cross-functional teams mitigate high risks on time Identify and mitigate risk across suppliers, processes, and products before issues escalate Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects, deviations, and customer concerns Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to implement lasting solutions Oversee supplier and raw material quality programs for consistency and improvement Manage calibration and documentation control to maintain compliance and audit readiness Support and lead internal and external audits Turn data into action by establishing, tracking, and improving key quality metrics Apply change management practices to ensure successful adoption of process improvements Lead raw material control programs, including supply quality control and improvement Maintain internal and external documentation control programs Perform other quality functions as determined by the customer or business Minimum Education REQUIRED: Associate degree or higher. Minimum Experience REQUIRED: 2-5 Years of manufacturing experience Additional Qualifications Internal Quality Auditor certification Strong hands-on experience with problem-solving and related tools Knowledge, Skills, Abilities ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirements Effective communicator (verbal and written) Self-motivated, independent worker, strong time management skills Working knowledge of statistical quality control methodologies #J-18808-Ljbffr Lightera
