The Front Office Receptionist plays a crucial role as the initial point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth and professional communication flow within a small front office team. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this position involves managing daily reception duties and providing excellent customer service during standard business hours with no travel required.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage reception duties including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
  • Handle incoming calls and route them efficiently
  • Coordinate visitor management and maintain sign-in procedures
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail accurately
  • Maintain and manage office supplies inventory
