Senior Electrical Engineer

Together, we create inspired solutions that improve lives. We are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our St. Louis team!

What You'll Do:

• Establish project design approach for specific discipline at project start up.
• Lead client management; attend client, consultant, and design committee meetings.
• Presents design to client and coordinates with other disciplines and consultants.
• May be involved in project/client pursuits.
• Manage project specific scope, budget and schedule. Participates in all design and construction phases of projects.
• Manages teams and assists other project team members in the development and maintenance of workplans.
• Participates in project debriefs and lesson's learned sessions.
• Leads in planning, design and documentation of projects. Prepares working drawings and stamps drawings. Oversee development of fully coordinated quality design documents.
• Recommend and implement alterations to design to improve quality.
• Provide training and leadership through project work to empower, train and develop designers and engineers.

Education and Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or Professional degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
• Experience: 10+ years of applicable experience. Experience within healing, learning and/or discovery market sectors preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure required.
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Teams environment, including Co-Pilot, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Large Language Models (LLM's), familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint preferred; Architecture CAD, Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam; Graphic Software: InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other transformative design tools.
