Installation Manager

Overview Victors Home Solutions is seeking an energetic and motivated Installation Manager to lead projects and deliver excellent customer service in the home improvement industry. Responsibilities Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish Work harmoniously with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs Identify and mitigate risks to projects, proactively manage and escalate as required Oversee and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure projects are completed timely Perform install and post‑install inspections to uphold company processes and standards Work closely with homeowners throughout their project to provide excellent customer service Review and approve payroll for hourly employees Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record, required Experience in a customer service role Previous experience in residential roofing, preferred Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively Benefits 401(k) with match Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Referral program #J-18808-Ljbffr Victors Home Solutions
