General Laborer – $20+/hr + Growth

Looking for a hands-on job with steady hours and real advancement opportunities? We're hiring General Laborers to support production and material handling operations in an industrial environment. This is a great fit for candidates with construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Move and stage materials throughout the facility
• Support production equipment and operators
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Read a tape measure and follow work orders
• Perform repetitive lifting, stacking, and material handling tasks
• Operate equipment after training
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of general labor, construction, manufacturing, or production experience
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Experience That's a Plus

• Manufacturing or production experience
• Material handling experience
• Forklift or overhead crane experience
• Construction experience
• Steel fabrication or rebar experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
