Indoor Air Quality Technician – Green Home Solutions of TucsonIndoor air quality specializing in mold, disinfecting, allergy and odor treatments of homes or businesses. Responsible to provide treatment services for clients. These services will include: testing, cleaning, demolition of damage material, spraying of "green" enzyme based products, minor repair in living areas, basements or attics.ResponsibilitiesPerform all testing, remediation and services per protocolInput information into system via smart phone for job completion.Access smart phone for work scheduleFocus on exceeding customer expectations for service.Provide ongoing communication to customer on status and treatment protocol.Recommend modifications or additions to treatment protocol if required.May be responsible to drive company van to customer locations.Fill out and provide job reportSkillsBecome familiar with indoor air quality treatmentsFollow Health and Safety guidelines for treatment protocols with proper PPEAdapt to work schedules and flexible shiftsExcellent customer service, communication and self-management skillsDrivers license in good standingPhysical RequirementsPerform lifting on a regular basis up to 50 poundsWork in small hot spaces i.e. attics and crawlspacesPerform stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, grasping and climbing laddersWear a respirator along with other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during services providedDaily Requirements· Stop by shop in morning to pick up job details and supplies · Pull up job and call supervisor to get job details · Send customer an en-route notification · Click "start" job as soon as you arrive at job site · Take remediation photos, make sure this includes: o Before photo o Photos during job o Photos at end of job · Check in with updates before leaving job · Put notes in database about jobJob Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimePaid HolidaysPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Ability to Relocate:Tucson, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: On the road Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
