Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Success Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in San Juan, PR, supporting data analytics and AI-driven supply chain services within the medical devices and healthcare supply chain industry. This role is ideal for an analytical, customer-focused professional who enjoys turning data insights into practical business outcomes for enterprise customers.

The Customer Success Analyst will serve as a trusted analytics advisor and frontline customer support partner, helping customers gain measurable value from advanced analytics, data services, and supply chain solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment with supportive leadership, cross-functional teamwork, and exposure to high-impact healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide customer support, analytics guidance, and incident management for data analytics and AI-enabled supply chain service products.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to translate analytics outputs into clear, actionable operational recommendations.
- Monitor customer performance, identify risks, and support customer success plans that drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer by capturing feedback, identifying recurring issues, and sharing insights that support product and service improvement.
- Support a global customer base within a follow-the-sun support model, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution across time zones.
- Help strengthen supply chain reliability, transparency, and service confidence across healthcare and regulated environments.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
- Employment type: Direct hire.
- Location: San Juan, PR.
