Job Description This role will use powered equipment to safely, efficiently, and accurately transport products, materials, and supplies throughout the warehouse in support of production processes. Locations & Shifts 972 Conestoga Parkway, Shepherdsville, KY 40165 – A shift: Sunday‑Tuesday & every other Saturday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm B shift: Wednesday‑Friday & every other Saturday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm 2nd shift: Monday‑Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm 2825 Transglobal Drive, Louisville, KY 40219 and 310 Velocity Way, Shepherdsville, KY 40165 – 1st shift: Monday‑Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm 2nd shift: Monday‑Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm 637 E. Blue Lick Rd., Shepherdsville, KY 40165 – 1st shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Responsibilities 1 year of experience operating forklifts, including dock stockers and reach trucks. Inventory organization and maintenance. Unassisted lifting up to 50 lbs. Inventory tracking as products are received, moved through, and shipped from the warehouse. Perform cycle counting of inventoried materials, including counting, recording, re‑counting, and data entry of count results. Inspect inventory for defects or damages, including documentation of such into warehouse & inventory management systems. Fill and check customer orders, including handing off processed packages to carriers. Stage, process, package, and ship material & orders accurately, including receipt and delivery to internal clients. Enter data in warehouse management (SAP) programs. Interface with and assist management across departments to ensure key objectives are realized. Unload incoming material from truck shipments and assist delivery carriers with the unloading of parcels. Inspect, review, verify, and record inbound material against delivery paperwork and document any discrepancies through appropriate channels. Continuous involvement and support with departmental process improvements. Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations. Follow and maintain 7‑S Program and guidelines. Any additional tasks that may be assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean, and goal‑oriented work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of relevant work experience in warehousing or logistics. Experience operating a powered dock stocker and reach truck. Basic computer literacy. Knowledge of WMS (warehouse management system) pertaining to warehouse activities is required. RF experience required; SAP a plus. Benefits Pay rate: $20.50 per hour.
