Key Qualifications:

• Current Connecticut Physical Therapist license required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Open to both PTs and PTAs (with company-provided PT supervision)

• Flexibility to adapt strategies for diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person physical therapy services to students in PreK through 3rd grade, focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functionality
• Deliver both direct treatment and consultative interventions in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and parents to ensure consistency of therapeutic approaches
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students
• Design creative, age-appropriate activities that motivate and engage young learners
