Data Entry Specialist
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering tax return information into multiple systems while adhering to standard operating procedures and customer-specific processing instructions. This role ensures compliance with productivity and quality standards.
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Proficient 10-key typing skills (15,000+ KPH) and typing speed (60+ WPM)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Google Suite applications (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
Experience Required:
- Previous data entry experience in an office environment
Education Required:
- High school diploma or GED
