Overview BLVD Dentistry & Orthodontics - Heights is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Houston, TX. Schedule Full-time 5-day work week Saturday availability is required Benefits Competitive pay rate of $23-28 an hour, based on experience Monthly bonus opportunities Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Responsibilities Assist the dentist during dental procedures Assisted hygiene Prepare treatment rooms and patients for appointments Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment Take dental X-rays (as certified) Take digital impressions Educate patients on procedures and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment Qualifications Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience preferred Knowledge of EagleSoft dental software is preferred Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Ideal Certifications: Coronal Polishing, EFDA, N2O, and Radiology #J-18808-Ljbffr BLVD Dentistry & Orthodontics - Heights
