Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - Neurology (Remote)

Clinical Research Associate position supporting neurology studies across assigned sites in the United States. The role involves site management, regulatory compliance monitoring, and protocol oversight under ICH-GCP standards, with travel requirements of 65-75% of working time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong site relationships throughout all trial phases as primary site contact and manager
• Conduct remote and on-site monitoring activities to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and subject safety compliance
• Perform site visits including validation, initiation, monitoring, and closeout with comprehensive documentation and reporting
• Identify, assess, and resolve site performance issues, escalating through defined pathways when necessary
• Identify and develop new clinical research sites following country strategy in assigned territory

Requirements

• Associate's degree in scientific/healthcare field plus 5+ years healthcare experience with 2+ years site management, or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years site management experience
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical site management, monitoring, and patient recruitment across bio/pharma/CRO settings
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical research regulations, and Good Documentation Practices
• Proficiency with CTMS, eTMF, and clinical IT applications across multiple devices
• Ability to conduct independent professional judgment, perform root cause analysis, and resolve complex compliance issues
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) with technical presentation ability
• Valid driver's license preferred; ability to travel domestically and internationally 65-75% of time
