This full-time role is ideal for an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) ready to make an immediate impact, covering a leave with the possibility to extend. Work closely with a diverse caseload of 50-70 students and help shape the future of young learners.

This position offers the chance to gain valued experience in the school setting and serves as a strong foundation for future assignments—whether locally or in travel roles. Your workday runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, so you can count on a predictable weekday schedule.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active OT or COTA license required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but passionate new grads encouraged to apply
• Skilled in providing therapy services to elementary-age students
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the varied needs of students and staff
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services and support as specified in students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student development
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and interventions
• Contribute to IEP meetings and goal setting
