The Role
The Retail Store Manager is a hands-on, client-facing leader responsible for all aspects of store operations, team performance, and customer experience. You will oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure the store runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role requires being a visible, positive presence on the sales floor, assisting staff and customers, and ensuring bins are stocked, staged, and maintained to company standards. You will manage schedules, approve timesheets, handle payroll submissions, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure timely completion of reports and marketing initiatives. The Retail Store Manager fosters a culture of accountability and teamwork, maintains store safety and cleanliness, addresses maintenance needs proactively, and adapts quickly to changing conditions while clearly communicating with the team.

Who You Are
The ideal candidate has proven experience in retail management or multi-unit leadership, with strong operational, organizational, and communication skills. You are comfortable managing schedules, labor budgets, and payroll while working hands-on in a physically active sales-floor environment. You can collaborate effectively with HR, Logistics, Marketing, and Senior Leadership, and are proficient with scheduling systems, reporting tools, and basic computer applications. You bring energy, integrity, and accountability to everything you do, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and are willing to work required hours, including weekends.
