Responsibilities include operating radiologic equipment, ensuring patient safety, and producing accurate diagnostic images. Qualifications for a Radiologic Technologist:

Responsibilities include operating radiologic equipment, ensuring patient safety, and producing accurate diagnostic images. Qualifications for a Radiologic Technologist:
- Graduation from an AMA accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
- Vermont State License to practice radiology.
- Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Position patients appropriately and utilize imaging equipment to capture clear and detailed images of the targeted anatomical areas.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process, providing reassurance and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review imaging results and assist in the interpretation as needed.
