Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon

to join our newly established orthopedic practice in the TN / GA market. Deliver comprehensive orthopedic care: Diagnose, treat, and manage musculoskeletal conditions for diverse patient needs. Perform advanced surgical procedures: Expertise in a wide range of orthopedic surgeries, including hip specialized orthopedic cases. Ensure patient-centered care: Provide empathetic communication, clear treatment explanations, and prioritize patient safety and satisfaction. Collaborate effectively: Work seamlessly with multi-disciplinary teams, referring physicians, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure integrated care. Maintain clinical excellence: Adhere to best practices, participate in call rotation, and uphold accurate medical documentation. Commit to professional growth: Engage in ongoing medical education, quality initiatives, and professional development. Job Requirements Education: MD / DO from an accredited institution, completion of fellowship program preferred. Board Certification: Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Licensure: Ability to obtain an unrestricted TN / GA medical license Life Support Certification: AHA BLS Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of post-residency experience preferred, but exceptional new graduates will be considered Skills: Excellent surgical skills and clinical judgment. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
