Hospice Aide (CNA)

Hospice Aide (CNA) – St. Croix Hospice As the Hospice Aide, you are a paraprofessional and valued member of the interdisciplinary care team. You will work under RN supervision and focus on quality, continuity, and safe patient care. In this role you will be responsible for timely and accurate documentation of care.
