Picture your morning at Colson Group Retail: by 8:00 a.m., you’ve reviewed the day’s order wave, printed and assigned pick tickets to the team, and secured carrier routings that match each customer’s requirements. Your inbox gets a quick sweep so nothing time-sensitive slips by. You flag off-price market orders for special labeling, line up priorities for past‑due and upcoming orders, and jump on group orders to keep them moving. A delayed transfer pops up—so you follow up on the purchase order, check the status of past‑due lines, and, where needed, expedite inventory to keep commitments intact. Before lunch, you’ve run performance metrics, prepped a concise report, and resolved a missed shipment. By day’s end, you’ve met the routing and timeline standards, documented the outcomes, and ensured the warehouse team has what they need for a smooth close.

• Print and assign daily pick tickets to the team.
• Schedule and request shipping routings aligned to customer guides.
• Monitor and respond to email communications promptly.
• Schedule labeling needs for off‑price market orders.
• Plan and prioritize both past‑due and upcoming orders.
• Efficiently process group orders.
• Follow up on delayed transfers or purchase orders.
• Check the status of past‑due orders and expedite inventory as needed.
• Run metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Track and address any missed shipments.
• Meet all shipping, routing, and timeline requirements.
• Adhere to organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 3 years in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities; collaborative team mindset.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Epicor experience is a plus.
• Comfort with ERP & MRP systems and core Supply Chain Management concepts.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
