PIPELINE - SMT Operators (Plano)

SMT Operator - Plano, TX Pay: $23.10/hr (2nd Shift) Schedule: Monday-Friday Job Summary: Operate and set up SMT equipment, inspect electronic assemblies, and ensure products meet IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 Class 3 quality standards. Responsibilities: Set up and operate SMT machines and equipment. Load components, verify placement, polarity, and specifications. Inspect products and identify defects or quality issues. Perform microscope soldering, touch-ups, rework, and X-ray inspection. Follow production documents, blueprints, and engineering instructions. Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Support new product builds and assist with training as needed. Requirements: 1+ year of related manufacturing/SMT experience required. Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions. Microscope soldering and SMT programming experience is a plus. Must be able to pass required IPC/J-STD certifications and vision requirements.
