We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Assistant to join our client’s team in Edison, NJ . This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, supporting day-to-day shipping and logistics operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of materials. Job Overview
The Shipping & Logistics Assistant will support daily shipping operations, including generating domestic shipping labels, organizing packages, and coordinating daily carrier pickups. The ideal candidate is comfortable using a computer, quick to learn internal systems, and able to handle packages of varying sizes.

Responsibilities

• Generate domestic UPS shipping labels using the company's internal system
• Match shipping labels and tracking numbers to internal reference numbers
• Locate, label, and organize packages for daily UPS collections
• Move and prepare packages ranging from small boxes to larger crates
• Maintain accuracy when processing shipments and tracking information
• Assist with general warehouse and shipping-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior shipping, logistics, warehouse, or fulfillment experience
• Basic computer and laptop skills
• Ability to learn and navigate internal software systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
