Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU/Critical Care  

Location: Lancaster, Ohio

Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with PCU/Critical Care experience for a 13-week contract opportunity in Lancaster, OH .

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN License.
• Minimum 3 years of PCU/Critical Care experience.
• BLS & ACLS certifications (AHA).
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills.

Job Duties:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care using the nursing process.
• Monitor and care for patients with progressive and critical care needs.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Monitor patient condition and promptly report any significant changes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner EMR.
• Implement physician orders and ensure quality, patient-centered care.
• Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to nursing assistants and support staff.
• Ensure patient safety while adhering to hospital policies and best practices.
