Responsibilities Effectively manage manpower in a Tuxedo distribution/production environment Work with other departments within the distribution center to solve merchandise processing and shipping problems Participate in daily planning meetings with all Tuxedo Rental functional leaders Participate in Safety meetings and Accident prevention and investigation Participate in Quality improvements and Corrective Actions Ensure internal customer expectations are exceeded Increase morale through employee interactions, rewards and accountability Assist manager in the development of plans to accomplish departmental goals Ensure employee morale is kept at a high standard Manage activities designed to reduce the risk of accidents and decrease these safety‑related costs Qualifications 2 years of experience managing in a distribution environment Ability to verbally communicate effectively with staff, management, store personnel, etc. Proven track record of successful KPI management and improvement Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook High confidentiality competence Ability to prioritize and organize work-related tasks and special projects Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and meet tight deadlines (5s, MDI, KPI tracking with corrective actions, Standard work development, RCPS) Ability to assign work fairly and according to employee's competency Reporting - Working Relationships Reports directly to The Tuxedo Senior Operations Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr TMW Merchants LLC
