Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure (in accordance with state requirements)
• Prior experience in an elementary school setting encouraged
• Skilled in conducting eligibility and re-evaluations
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to participate in and contribute effectively to risk and threat assessment teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations for student eligibility
• Participate fully in the IEP process, from development to delivery, collaborating with educators, parents, and service providers
• Serve as an essential member of the risk and threat assessment team, providing insights and recommendations as needed
• Offer ongoing consultation and support to teachers, counselors, and broader school teams to foster a positive, inclusive environment
• Deliver services and attend meetings onsite, immersing yourself in the daily rhythm of the school community
