Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains a good working rapport with inter-department staff, and other departments within the facility to assure that administrative services and activities can be properly maintained to meet the needs of the facility.
• Establishes and maintains the administrative filing system.
• Ensures administrative functions are carried out promptly for efficient operation.
• Take calls with professionalism and great customer service.
• Greet staff, family members, and residents.
• Schedules all Resident appointments and transportation.

Receptionist Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent with business curriculum required.
• Typing, filing, correspondence composition and computer skills required.
• Must possess strong organizational skills.
• Must have strong, positive interpersonal skills.
