As an Account Resolutions Assistant, you'll play an important role behind the scenes, providing administrative and clerical support that helps our Account Resolutions team assist members through financial challenges. From maintaining accurate records to preparing correspondence and supporting collection activities, your work helps create positive outcomes for both our members and our Credit Union.

What Makes This Role Different?

This is more than an administrative position. You'll help keep our Account Resolutions team organized and efficient while supporting members during challenging financial situations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play an important role in helping members move forward and protecting the Credit Union's assets.

In This Role, You'll

Prepare correspondence, reports, and collection documentation

Maintain accurate files and records

Answer phones and provide administrative support

Assist the Account Resolutions team with collection activities

Support members with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality

Help ensure collection processes comply with Credit Union policies and regulations

Experience We Value

Candidates with experience in administrative support, banking, credit unions, financial services, customer service, collections, insurance, accounts receivable, or office administration are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• One to three years of related experience preferred
