Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple platforms (Jenkins and Gitlab) (3+ years)
Migrate Bitbucket repositories over to Gitlab. Setup Gitlab pipelines.
Support and work alongside a cross-functional engineering team on the latest technologies.
A drive towards automating repetitive tasks.
5+ years of Java experience
5+ years of experience in the Computer Science field
3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps / System Engineer
Experience implementing CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins, Gitlab) (3+ years)
Expertise with AWS (e.g. IAM, EC2, VPC, ELB, ALB, Autoscaling, Lambda)
Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Cloudformation)
Effective communication skills
Experience with delivery of a SaaS product
Strong understanding of micro-services and related architectures
CI/CD Implementation:
GitLab, Jenkins, Mule, Spinnaker, TravisCI, AppVeyor, Circle CI, Drone
Containerizing & Clustering:
Compose, Docker, Dockerfiles, ECS, Helm, Kubernetes, Nginx, Vagrant
100% remote! CST hours

Notes: This consultant will start as a DevOps Consultant, working on migrating CI/CD pipelines. Once the migration is done, they will be used for Java Development. This is a 6 month contract-to-hire role, the client will sponsor.
