Assistant Property Manager

Location: Northwest Houston, TX Schedule: In Office, Monday through Thursday (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM) | Friday Half-Day Compensation: Up to $55K + full benefits package ***Great opportunity for a Property Admin who is ready for an APM role! ***Lots of future career advancement within the company! Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio Serve as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and service providers Coordinate vendor activities, service requests, and property maintenance projects Support ongoing construction and capital improvement projects from an administrative and coordination perspective Track project progress, schedules, and documentation Assist with tenant communications and property operations Handle property-related accounting responsibilities, including invoices, coding, reconciliations, and reporting Partner closely with the internal accounting team to ensure financial accuracy and timely processing Maintain property records, contracts, and vendor documentation Support budgeting and financial reporting efforts Ensure compliance with company policies and property management procedures Assist with special projects and portfolio initiatives as needed Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of commercial real estate property management experience required Working knowledge of property management accounting processes Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesProfessional communication skills with tenants, vendors, and ownership groups Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong sense of accountability Why Join?
