Location Newark, NJ 07108 Date Posted 06/08/2026 Position Summary BCBAs are required for Essex County beginning September with a starting rate of $85 per hour. Responsibilities Observe clients to identify behavior challenges. Design individualized treatment plans to help clients improve their behaviors. Help clients set realistic goals. Maintain detailed records of client progress. Supervise and instruct others in the field. Apply new techniques from research to practice. Gather data to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans. Create educational resources and professional learning materials for staff and other professionals. Manage clients and prepare required documentation. Qualifications Minimum of a Master's Degree. Minimum of two years experience in the Child Study field. NJ State Certifications. Experience treating young adult populations. Ability to complete and pass background checks prior to starting. School‑based experience with Administrative Codes, Rules and Regulations. Experience with time management, meeting deadlines, and diverse school settings. Familiarity with evaluations, therapy, and case management. Willingness to obtain register/archive fingerprints under Delta‑T Group codes. Compensation and Scheduling Compensation processed weekly.
