We are innovative, creative, and continuously improving. Job Description:Seeking Family Medicine Physicians to provide medical care to treat, prevent and/or diagnose illness, disease, or injury. Examine or conduct tests to provide information on medical status. Analyze records, reports, test results, and/or examination information to diagnose medical condition of patient. Prescribe/administer treatment, therapy, medication and/or vaccination. Explains procedures and discusses test results on prescribed treatments with patient. Advise patients and community concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention. Collaborate with and supervise non-physician providers (NP, PA, CNM, etc). Perform other job-related duties as required by departmental needs/demands.Experience and Skills:MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of accredited residency programBoard CertifiedValid NY State license, CDS, DEA, and BLSUnderstanding of and passion for Community Healthcare is preferredAnnual salary from $225,000 to $250,000 per yearBenefits:At Urban Health Plan, we value our team and foster a positive, fun work environment!
