Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. Uncapped Commission. No Experience Needed. In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. No prior experience is needed. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in making more money than you thought possible! What You’ll Earn: $20/hour + Uncapped Commission Bonuses Total Compensation: $50-60k annually Full insurance package, including medical, dental, vision, and life 401(K) programs with company match PTO and paid holidays Paid training What You’ll Do: Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team by approaching homeowners at their door. Your Schedule: Full-Time What We Are Looking For: An outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills. A background in customer service or hospitality is a plus. Self-motivated and goal driven.
