Shift Type: Monday-Friday with weekend rotation, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Bill Rate: $28-$40/hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement personalized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients restore mobility and independence.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities, adapting approaches to meet each individual's needs.
- Document patient progress accurately and communicate updates with the care team.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with a supportive rehab team to deliver compassionate care in a 130-bed skilled nursing facility.
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Maryland
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply!
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, gait training, and transfer techniques
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients and families
- Teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic rehab environment
