Clinical Research Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to support the conduct of clinical trials across a variety of therapeutic areas. The Clinical Research Assistant works closely with Clinical Research Coordinators, investigators, sponsors, and study participants to ensure research activities are conducted in compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements. This position is ideal for individuals interested in healthcare, clinical research, nursing, public health, or life sciences who are seeking experience in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist Clinical Research Coordinators with day-to-day study activities. Recruit, pre-screen, and schedule potential study participants. Conduct phone outreach and follow-up calls with prospective and enrolled participants. Prepare study visit materials and maintain research records. Accurately collect, organize, and enter study data into electronic systems. Assist with informed consent documentation and participant education. Support regulatory document collection, filing, and maintenance. Ensure source documents and study files are complete and audit-ready. Coordinate study-related appointments, referrals, and procedures. Assist with specimen collection, processing, shipping, and inventory management as trained. Prepare and maintain study supplies and laboratory materials. Communicate professionally with participants, investigators, sponsors, vendors, and site staff. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and study information. Support community outreach and recruitment initiatives to increase study awareness. Perform other research-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
