We are a passionate, supportive, and inclusive therapy group practice dedicated to providing expert trauma-informed treatment for individuals, couples and families. Our clinicians share a deep commitment to helping clients heal from underlying trauma or adverse life experiences, attachment wounds, and relational challenges.

Position Summary
We are seeking a part-time, EMDR trained licensed therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) who is skilled in providing trauma-informed individual therapy. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility, steady referrals, and a supportive community as they grow their caseload and develop their EMDR skills.

Qualifications
Active, unrestricted clinical license in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD)
Previous experience providing couples and family therapy
Commitment to trauma-focused and trauma-informed care
Experience supporting BIPOC individuals through trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
Appreciation for a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment
Interest in building and maintaining a steady part-time caseload
Completion of EMDR Basic Training (Weekend 1 and 2)
