Illinois Licensed Member Advocate
Virtual Vocations Inc
Acting as a liaison between the Health Plan and providers, the full-time Illinois Licensed Member Advocate will ensure access to care, address member complaints, and promote education while working remotely. Key responsibilities Receive and respond to member complaints and formal grievances, identifying and resolving access barriers Investigate access and cultural sensitivity issues raised by various stakeholders, including Member Services and advocacy organizations Participate in community organizations to understand health care needs and update educational materials accordingly Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare environment Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid preferred Must reside in Illinois Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship Virtual Vocations Inc
