Senior Accountant – Remote (EST)
Join a fast-growing technology company transforming its industry with innovative, AI-powered software. This is an opportunity for a hands-on Senior Accountant to make an impact, partner with accounting leadership, and leverage AI and automation to build smarter, more scalable processes.
This position will pay between $90-115K and is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable, credit card expenses, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Drive accounts receivable collections and improve cash flow.
- Support sales tax compliance, annual audits, and tax reporting.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows through AI and automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
- 3+ years of accounting experience; SaaS or technology experience strongly preferred.
- Strong GAAP knowledge and hands-on experience with AP, AR, and month-end close.
- Tech-savvy, proactive problem solver who embraces automation and thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment.
