Description Reporting to senior investment and portfolio leadership, the Real Estate Investments Associate will help evaluate performance, execute strategic initiatives, and support portfolio management activities across a diversified industrial portfolio. Build and maintain financial models used for investment analysis, portfolio management, business plan execution, and strategic decision-making. Analyze asset and portfolio performance against underwriting assumptions, budgets, and long-term investment objectives. Support portfolio-level capital allocation decisions, hold-sell analyses, refinancing initiatives, and debt management activities.
