Schedule: PRN (As Needed)

What You’ll Do:

• Implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and establish measurable short- and long-term therapy goals.

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques that support ongoing progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Support residents in achieving their highest level of independence and function.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in the state of Indiana.

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
