Working with a dedicated team, the RN provides evidence-based, high quality care, including patient assessment and treatment, and serves as a resource for other team members.Shift: PRN; DayRequirementsMust possess a high school diploma or GEDMust be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure ExamBSN PreferredRN LicenseCurrent Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS upon hireMust possess one to two years of clinical nursing experience in oncology, strongly preferredOncology Nurse Certified (OCN) preferred, or agreement to certify within one year of hireOncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider certification within 6 months of hireMust obtain 20 Contact hours per year, fifty percent of which must be clinically focused. Academic course credits may be used on a 1:1 credit hour exchange.Min USD $37.75/Hr.Max USD $67.95/Hr.Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
