Our Security Officers monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, helping to support a secure environment through visible presence, routine patrols, and strong communication. This is a driving post, requiring officers to operate a vehicle as part of patrol responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies within a defense-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and restricted areas, verify credentials and/or visitor documentation, and report discrepancies in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and/or daily activities, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
