We’re seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our feline-exclusive team and help deliver that care every day. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional patient care, assist with medical and surgical procedures, and help create the concierge-level experience our clients and their cats have come to expect. Here’s what sets the role apart: A feline-exclusive caseload, with no dogs and no chaos Closed weekends and all major holidays No emergency or on‑call rotations A set weekly schedule, with no rotating shifts A Fear Free, low‑stress work environment A small, supportive team where your work is seen and valued What You’ll Do You’ll practice the full scope of feline nursing, right alongside our veterinarians: Provide low‑stress feline restraint and handling Assist our veterinarians during exams, surgeries, dental procedures, and diagnostic workups Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments per protocol Run in‑house lab work, including blood chemistry, CBC, urinalysis, and cytology Operate digital radiography, ultrasound, and anesthesia monitoring equipment Induce, monitor, and recover feline patients under anesthesia Place IV catheters and support critical care patients Maintain aseptic technique during surgery and sample collection Document all patient care in our PIMS Communicate treatment plans and post‑care instructions to clients Mentor junior team members Who You Are You’re a skilled, detail‑oriented technician with a client‑first mindset and a genuine love for cats. You bring: An active Florida Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) credential, or eligibility for licensure through the Florida Board of Veterinary Medicine Graduation from an AVMA‑accredited veterinary technology program Passing scores on the VTNE and the Florida Laws and Rules Exam #J-18808-Ljbffr
