Responsibilities include on-site and virtual consultations, care reviews, and staff training in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you’ll analyze outcomes, recommend improvements, and support innovative approaches that enhance safety, dignity, and quality of life for older adults and vulnerable populations.
