Good communication keeps teams aligned, information moving, and projects on track. We’re looking for a Communications Specialist in Nashville, TN to help coordinate company communications, prepare written materials, and ensure important updates reach the right people at the right time.

This role combines writing, organization, and collaboration. You’ll work with different teams to gather information, prepare communications, maintain consistent messaging, and support internal and external communication activities.

What You’ll Work On

• Draft, edit, and proofread emails, announcements, newsletters, and other communications.
• Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and written updates for internal teams.
• Coordinate the distribution of company news, updates, and promotional materials.
• Gather information from different departments to prepare accurate communications.
• Maintain communication calendars, contact lists, and related records.
• Assist with planning communication campaigns and company announcements.
• Review written materials for clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency.
• Help organize meetings, presentations, and communication-related activities.
• Track deadlines, approvals, and outstanding requests.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials and business updates.
• Respond to routine information requests and direct enquiries to the appropriate team.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and document organization.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can express ideas clearly, manage information carefully, and work effectively with different people.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good proofreading skills and attention to detail.
• Organized approach to managing deadlines and multiple assignments.
• Comfortable using email, word-processing tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Ability to adapt writing to different audiences and purposes.
• Professional approach when handling internal and business information.
• Willingness to collaborate, accept feedback, and learn new processes.
• Previous experience in communications, marketing, public relations, administration, customer service, or content writing is beneficial.

Training will be provided on internal systems, communication procedures, and company guidelines.
