Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse providing direct patient care in a community outpatient clinic. Responsibilities: Conducting physical exams, administering medications, operating diagnostic equipment, dressing wounds, collecting lab specimens, documenting patient information, and providing health education. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensures compliance with clinical standards, and maintains confidentiality. Assists with patient check‑in/out, supports outreach efforts, and delivers excellent customer service to veterans and staff. Qualifications & Skills: Licensed as an LPN with an accredited program, at least one year of primary or ambulatory care experience, and current Basic Life Support certification. Proficiency in electronic medical records, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential. Must maintain licensure and meet safety and compliance standards. Key Duties: Perform routine nursing assessments, assist with urgent care needs, manage patient documentation, and contribute to clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
