Position Description There are end of shift short call shifts which are end of shift until 7p and end of shift until 9p (split amongst all RN’s it usually averages about one a week.) Then Friday and Saturday night (7p-7a) also split amongst all RN’s and averages about 1-2 overnights every 6 weeks OR does not float

Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: Experience with orthopedics, total joints, general surgery, robotics, basic endovascular skills, urology experience, neuro Preferred or nice to have: neuro experience, needed for call coverage List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Ortho, Robotics, Gyn, Uro, Vascular, Endovascular, basic crani/neuro Best personality Fit: Work hard, play nice. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS for RNs Floating Area(s): None

Unit Guidelines/Policies:

Weekends and On call(if any) Assigned stay late call during the week and Fri/Sat overnights occasionally. Holidays PRN.
