Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Rehabilitation Therapist to join our state-of-the-art rehabilitation team. As a vital member of our clinical staff, you will provide specialized treatment to individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. Your expertise will contribute to the customization of intense rehabilitation programs tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide ongoing care and support throughout the recovery journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on recovery goals and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Relevant licensure and certification in your specialty field.
• Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
