Exceptional Corporate Support. Qualifications for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) : Valid Texas Registered Nurse License. Valid CPR Certification. Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program. Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention. Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
