You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. In this role, you will be working at the heart of Google's ML infrastructure ecosystem, and get a front row seat to the evolution of our TPU system and Software roadmap. You will be working on transformative programs that expand capabilities of our TPU systems in a fundamental way. Some of these projects are highly sensitive and Need-To-Know (NTK). The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Establish methodology, lead and drive planning and execution, and demonstrate end-to-end ownership and deliver landings of large-scale Software programs (20-40 tracks/teams, crossing multiple organizations boundaries). Demonstrate ownership and technical judgement, identifying risks, ensuring end-to-end design alignment and high quality Software systems. Move beyond execution and task management to identify opportunities for process and architecture/design improvements, ensuring improvements and learnings are re-engineer development, qualification and deployment frameworks, defining and operationalizing process improvements and automation to achieve repeatable results. Navigate ambiguity to align leadership across internal and external organizations, driving consensus on complex initiatives.
