Daybreak Coffee Roasters is looking for a friendly, reliable Sales Associate to join our team. This is a customer-facing, hands-on position working throughout our shop.
Responsibilities
• Welcoming and assisting customers
• Helping customers select whole-bean coffee
• Register and retail sales
• Café service and support
• Packaging and stocking coffee and retail products
• Keeping the café, bean and retail areas clean, organized and well stocked
• Working as part of a team to keep service running smoothly
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Warm, outgoing and genuinely enjoys helping customers
• Dependable and ready to work
• Comfortable in a busy environment
• Detail-oriented and able to stay on task
• Interested in coffee and willing to learn
• A strong team member
Coffee experience is welcome but not required . We can teach coffee; we’re looking for someone with a great work ethic, reliability and a natural ability to connect with customers
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: Daybreak Coffee Roasters , Glastonbury, CT
