About the Role:
North Point Senior Homecare in Virginia Beach, VA is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (PRN) to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for senior clients
• Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing procedures in a home care setting
• Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and care techniques
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing interventions as needed
• Ensure compliance with home health regulations, care standards, and documentation requirements

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia
• Previous home health, geriatric, or senior care nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for home visits
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible PRN schedule
• CPR/BLS certification required
